General Meeting Announcement

Election Week Update

‍Hello everyone,

An interim update newsletter with some very important news about our draft policies and how you can get involved in shaping them. But first……

Website & Freedom Friday

As I mentioned in the April newsletter, our new website is up and running

Hope you have had a chance to view it – www.freedomalliance.co.uk
Hope you like it!

I also mentioned that we would have a slot in there called Freedom Friday – a regular video, to be published most weeks on a Friday (unsurprisingly), where members of the exec team will take a topic and discuss, interview, deep-dive or simply talk about it.
We are close to creating the first video, and would love to hear from you if there are any particular topics you would like to see us tackle in the future.
Contact us by emailing info@freedomalliance.co.uk, and we’ll look to fit it into the schedule.

Ordinary General Meeting – Notification

We will be running a meeting for all members to consider and adopt our draft policies, as per our constitution. This will be the only agenda item.

·        The meeting will be held by Zoom call on the evening of 3rd June.

All the draft policies for consideration are published on our website, and we would ask that any feedback you may have about them is sent to us, or discussed directly with us by the 27th May in order for any changes to be made.

All fully paid up members are entitled to attend and vote at the meeting, and the Zoom access details will be sent to you the week prior to the meeting.

Look forward to seeing you there.

Election Campaigns
Election week is upon us, and Mark and Ken have been pounding the streets talking to the electorate and delivering leaflets to get our message across.

We are proud to have them stand for Freedom Alliance and look forward to the results on Friday 8th May.

The party exists to stand candidates, and we welcome all members to consider standing in their local elections. It is simpler than it may look, especially standing as a paper candidate, and we will provide as much support as we can.
There are local council elections in 2027 – postponed from this year in many cases – and getting visible, spreading the word, and simply showing up in the right places can make such a difference.
We’ll have this as a Freedom Friday topic in the near future. In the meantime, if you want to know more, please do contact us.

On the topic of elections, our partner party from the Belmont Accord, Crewe First, recently contested the Crewe South By-Election for the Town Council. The results were as follows, where the labour vote HALVED, allowing Reform to win. With just 470 votes.

As you can see, Crewe First polled almost as many votes as the Conservatives, and it shows how focusing on local issues can galvanise a community vote. This by-election only had a 20% voter turnout, showing that if we can get more Freedom lovers to vote, I am sure we can win seats on many local councils.

No to Digital ID

Finally, a big shout out to all who attended one of the 4 Nations Rallies - London Belfast Cardiff Edinburgh– on 25th April, including our own Gwyneth Rolph who was in Trafalgar Square.

The Together Declaration team did a great job and you can find many of the videos on Rumble, Facebook, and YouTube (including the short video from Bev Turner of GB News).

It is critical that the population realise just how insidious and dangerous the continued push for Digital ID is from the government. Without Digital ID, they cannot implement CBDCs, or any kind of social credit system, and it would make it very difficult for them to lump more tax on us, such as carbon taxes. We must stop it, in whatever form it pops up as.

With thanks for your continued support.
